All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During launch periods, promotions, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
For security purposes, signature on delivery is required for all orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 may be delivered with Authority to Leave, depending on Australia Post service availability.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All parcels are tracked and your tracking info is automatically emailed over to you. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received it, otherwise please contact us. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
Sher Clan is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees associated with your order or country.
Please check your local regulations to confirm whether any additional customs or import charges apply. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist prior to dispatch.
LATE OR LOST ORDERS
Sher Clan is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect delivery addresses.
For delayed orders, please check your tracking number or contact your local postal service directly.
